Class Media Entertainment Ltd. expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of any information, products or services; and any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

All materials appearing throughout MyPornGenie.com other than public domain material and electronic messages, is the copyrighted property of CME Ltd. or of those credited as providers. These materials are strictly for the non-commercial home use of you, the subscriber, and except as expressly permitted in this agreement may not be copied, redistributed or used in any way, in whole or part, without the prior written consent of the CME Ltd.
